Installation Problems

I just downloaded an upgrade (Professional 3.7) and am trying to install on a Windows 7 64-Bit Ultimate OS. The process proceeds past asking for the registration information, but pops up a message that the installation has terminated prematurely and that nothing has been installed. Any ideas what to try next? :?:

Barcode ActiveX installer is not fully UAC-compliant. If UAC is enabled, follow KB 10602to install the software.
