I have been searching high and low for the actual physical dimensions of this labe. I see what the label contains, but does anyone know the size of the label itself? Is this something that's vendor-specific?

You might want to ask the retailer for the size requirement.

For better decodability, it is recommended to have X dimension > 13 mils and bar height > 0.5 inch.
