Decode MIRC text into Normal Text

Hi,

I am developing an application in C# where I will read MICR text from a scanned image thru OCR and decode the MICR text into normal text.

Can anyone help me how to do it? Is there any component available which I can use with my application?

There are several companies selling MICR/OCR reader components in software formats. Do not know how good they are.
