I need to format a EAN.UCC-128 barcode in Crystal Reports with an application identifer 402, and the self-check digit needs to be the 17th digit. This is for a VICS standard bill of lading number. I have been unable to do so using any of the Morovia 128 fonts. If I calculate the self check digit creating a 17 digit number, all fonts add another self check digit to the 17 digit number. If I let it calculate the self check digit on a 16 digit number, it will not add a self check digit. If I use MoroviaBarcodeCode128Auto, it will use the 17 digit number, but will not add a function code. Is there a font that I can use that will let me calculate everthing that goes into a 17 digit EAN.UCC-128 barcode? Or, do you have a font that will solve my problem?

Use EAN128Ex function instead. Enclose the AI with parentheses. For example, if the data portion is 12345678901234567, then enter

EAN128Ex("(402)12345678901234567").

Note that you need to calculate the the 17th digit by yourself.
